Privacy Policy
ResaleTrak is made by Signetry Technologies LLC ("we", "us"). This policy explains what information the ResaleTrak app collects, how it's used, and the choices you have. The short version: your data is used to run the app for you — we don't sell it, and we don't use it for advertising.
Information we collect
- Account information. Your email address (or your Apple ID email if you sign in with Apple), used to create and secure your account.
- The business records you enter. Sales, expenses, mileage trips, notes, and any receipt or item photos you attach. This data exists so the app can show you your profit and reports — that's its only use.
- Purchase information. If you subscribe to ResaleTrak Pro, our payments partner RevenueCat processes your App Store purchase and tells us your subscription status. We never see your payment card details — Apple handles payment.
- Crash and diagnostic data. If the app crashes, technical details about the crash (device model, OS version, what the app was doing) are sent to Sentry so we can fix bugs. Crash reports are not used to identify you personally.
What we don't do
- We don't sell your personal information.
- We don't share your business records with anyone except the service providers below.
- We don't show ads or share data with advertisers.
- We don't track you across other companies' apps or websites.
Service providers
ResaleTrak runs on a small set of infrastructure providers that process data on our behalf:
- Supabase — hosts our database and file storage, where your account and business records live, encrypted in transit and at rest.
- RevenueCat — manages subscription status for Pro purchases.
- Sentry — receives crash reports.
- Apple — processes all payments through the App Store.
Your data is yours
You can export all of your sales, expenses, and mileage as CSV files at any time from Settings inside the app.
Deleting your account
You can delete your account at any time in the app under Settings → Delete account. Deletion is permanent: your account, business records, and uploaded photos are removed from our systems. You can also email us (below) and we'll delete your account for you.
Data retention
We keep your data for as long as your account exists. When you delete your account, your data is deleted. Backups roll off on our infrastructure providers' standard schedules.
Children
ResaleTrak is not directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their data.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update this page and the effective date above. Meaningful changes will be called out in the app.
