Terms of Use
These terms are an agreement between you and Signetry Technologies LLC ("we", "us") covering your use of the ResaleTrak app. By using ResaleTrak, you agree to them.
What ResaleTrak is
ResaleTrak is a record-keeping tool for resellers. It helps you log sales, expenses, and mileage, and shows summaries based on what you enter. The accuracy of the numbers depends on the accuracy of what you record.
Not tax, legal, or accounting advice
ResaleTrak's reports and summaries are informational only. They are not tax advice, and we are not a tax preparer, accountant, or law firm. Tax rules depend on your specific situation — always consult a qualified tax professional before filing. We are not responsible for how you use the app's numbers in any filing or financial decision.
Your account
You're responsible for keeping access to your account secure (your email inbox and Apple ID). You must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live, to use ResaleTrak for business record-keeping.
ResaleTrak Pro subscriptions
- Pro is an auto-renewing subscription (monthly or annual), purchased through your Apple App Store account.
- Payment is charged to your App Store account at purchase confirmation. The subscription renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime in your device's Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
- Refunds are handled by Apple under App Store policies.
- The free tier's limits, and what Pro includes, are described in the app and may evolve over time.
Your data
The records you create are yours. You can export them as CSV anytime, and you can delete your account (and all its data) in Settings. How we handle data is described in our Privacy Policy.
Acceptable use
Don't use ResaleTrak to break the law, interfere with the service, or attempt to access other people's data. We may suspend accounts that do.
Warranty disclaimer and liability
ResaleTrak is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, and our total liability for any claim related to the app is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for loss arising from decisions made using the app's summaries.
Changes to these terms or the service
We may update these terms or the app over time. If a change is significant, we'll note it in the app. Continuing to use ResaleTrak after a change means you accept the updated terms.
