Common questions

How do I import my spreadsheet?

Settings → Import sales from CSV. Upload any CSV — exports from eBay, Poshmark, Depop, and Mercari map automatically, and you can adjust the column matching for anything else. Every import can be undone in one tap.

How do I get my data out?

Settings → export sales, expenses, or mileage as CSV. Your data is never locked in.

How do I cancel my Pro subscription?

Subscriptions are managed by Apple: on your iPhone, Settings → your name → Subscriptions → ResaleTrak Pro → Cancel. You keep Pro until the end of the paid period.

How do I delete my account?

In the app: Settings → Delete account. This permanently removes your account and all your data. You can also email us and we'll do it for you.

Why doesn't my profit match my marketplace's dashboard?

Marketplaces usually show gross sales or payouts. ResaleTrak shows profit — sale price minus your item cost, fees, shipping, and other costs you recorded. Different number on purpose.
